This grade GF/B glass microfiber filter is three times thicker than Whatman grade GF/A. It has a higher wet strength and a significantly increased loading capacity. It combines fine particle retention with good flow rate. This filter is particularly useful where liquid clarification or solids quantification is required for heavily loaded fine particulate suspensions.
